ライザーづくりは手間が掛かる・・

以前もここで

木の歌口に埋め込むライザーづくりに触れました

これまで8本のライザー付頭部管を製作し

寸法や手順も落ち着きました

ところで

一般的には”ライザー”と呼ばれていますが

私の勤めていた工場では専ら

”台座”

と呼んでいました

・・・

次に製作するものが決まっていないので

とりあえずシルバーライザーを

作っておくことにしました

厚さ１ｍｍの板から切り出したものですが

かなりいい加減な形です

これを鈍して曲げて輪にします

 そしてロー付け

これを芯金に入れて成形します 

寸法が出るまで

叩いて広げます 

 そして下側を管の内径に合うように削ります

 上面も丸く削り

 リッププレートのRに合うよう削っていきます

 （木製リップ形状用のゲージに乗せて確かめます）

 木製リップ用にはこの小さな板をロー付けしておきます

これで埋め込む前の準備ができました

この状態のものを幾つか作って用意しておけば良いのですが

なかなか手間が掛かるので

その都度作ることになりそうです・・

できればあまり作りたくない・・というのが

本音です

息子さんの楽器工房の名刺を頂いてあったので

連絡してみると

どうやらすり合わせが必要だったようです

My father told me about the meeting with you in Tokyo, he was very impresst.  

The mouthpiece is wonderfulI and great work but i  had to prepare the headjoint a little, so now my mother can test.

Tomorrow my mother, my father and Erwin will test the headjoint after a Concert in „Vienna Musikverein“.  

My father will inform you the day after tomorrow.

今朝起きるとメールが届いていました

Dear Mr. Takamura

Trank you for your mail you sent to my son Nikolaus.

 My wife is very happy with your headjoint and she will have it!!! 

It sounds great, much better than her silverheadjoint.

Today after the concert Erwin played with my wifes flute with your headjoint and he is excited too.

 The colour of the sound is Great!!

Thank you very much for special price, she will buy it for sure.
